Connect WordPress Forms To Slack Workspace
Tablesome 1.0 also comes with Slack integration action that will send a notification message to your Slack workspace when a new form submission is received. When setting up this workflow, you can customize the Slack notification message to include all of the form entry data. With this action you can:
- Send message to Slack Channel
- Send Direct message to Slack User
These form integrations work with all of the supported WordPress form plugins.
Generate a Single CSV Entry
You also get a ‘Generate CSV’ action in Tablesome 1.0, that generates a CSV file from each and every from entry.
The generated CSV file is saved in the WP Library and can be attached to form emails.
Filter Table Data Before Frontend Display
In 1.0 you get a “Filter Table” action for Tablesome On Load Trigger, that helps you to apply filters to table data, that allows you to break down large datatables into smaller tables and display on WordPress posts and pages.
Allow Users To See Their Own Data On Frontend
The Filter Table action comes with filters for Hidden Columns that have data on:
- Created By – ‘Who’ first added the table record
- Updated By -‘Who’ last edited the table record
- Created At – ‘When’ the table record was first added
- Updated At -‘When’ the table record was edited last
Using the Hidden Column filter and the ‘Currently Logged-in User’ smart field you can make it so that users can only see the table record that they have added.
If you’re using Tablesome to save and display form entries, you can use the Filter Table action on the frontend to show users only their own data.
