Are you wondering if you can show to each user only their own form entry? Yes, it’s possible with filtering table data based on ‘User ID’.

To do this with Tablesome,

Go to Workflows –> Trigger 1 –> Trigger –> Tablesome ‘On Table Load’
Then go to Action – 1 –> Action –> Filter Table
In the where section, you can filter the table data based on various text and numerical operators
To limit users to see only their own data you can use the Hidden column filters such as ‘Create By’ and ‘Updated By’
Then save the table and copy and paste the table shortcode to the page where you want to add this table.

You could also filter and display entries based on “Time” using the ‘Created At’ and ‘Update At’ filers or you can filter the entries that you want to display on frontend using any custom data.

How to Edit WPForms Entries Frontend?

Now that we have displayed the selected form entries on the frontend, let’s see how you can allow logged-in users to edit them.

In the Tablesome table with your WPForms entries, you will have to enable “Frontend editing” in the table sidebar.

In the frontend editing options you can:

Select the User roles who will be able to edit the entries table in the frontend.
Choose to make only selected columns editable that is user can edit only selected form fields.
