Step 1: Install Contact Form 7 and create your contact form
Before we move to integrate HubSpot CRM with Contact Form 7, first, you’re going to need to install Contact Form 7.
- To do that, head to the WordPress website, Plugins → Add New
- Search for ‘Contact Form 7’ and install & activate the plugin
- Then go to Contact → Add New
- Use the form editor fields and add the required form field and save your form
- Copy and paste the form shortcode on the page you want add the CF7 form

To connect your WordPress site to HubSpot, you need an HubSpot API Key.
- To get that, you need to log in to your HubSpot account.

- Finally, you have to map the Contact Form 7 form fields to the HubSpot form fields
